Mis-Directed Messages

Is anyone have any problems with personal messages being sent to the wrong account here in the forums?  Someone brought an instance to my attention, I just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem or if it was just a user error.

Well if anyone has tried to send me a PM in the past month, I haven't recieved it. Other than that, I haven't sent any PMs on here in a while.
